Foods for Thought is about simplifying the process of healthy eating; to help you navigate the fad-filled world of diet and nutrition and focus on the basics of how foods nourish the body. I can show you how to choose and prepare foods you like to create nutritious and delicious meals for the whole family. 

 

Healthy eating for kids in today’s world is not always easy. As parents and care givers we strive to provide nutritious meals, but our good intentions are often foiled by the day to day reality of our busy lives. Add to this the challenge of picky eaters, food sensitivities, or special dietary needs and it can get frustrating, even overwhelming.
